About Franziska and wedding cakes...A little about me. I've been creating wedding cakes from my own designs for fifteen years now, having studied cake design, baking, and patisserie for four years, during which time I won bronze in the International Sugarcraft exhibition 1997. All this followed a busy time bringing up two delightful children. That in turn was preceded by another career demanding dedication, patience and precise skills - dancing with the Royal Ballet, Covent Garden.
