Franziska just makes it all too easy for a bride! While every other aspect of the wedding caused as stress and fear, our wedding cake was one thing we knew was in safe hands and all we had to do was sit back and excitedly wait to see our beautiful ideas become a reality.
When i first met Franziska I had a very clear idea of the style of cake I wanted. Loaded with sugared flowers, elegant and beautiful. After a 15 minute chat, it was like Franziska had seen the image inside my head and knew exactly what I wanted! I didn't need to say any more and 8 month later my thoughts were transformed into our stunning cake. The work that went into our cake was detailed and incredible. I thank you so much Franziska for working so hard and having patience to really understand what i dreamed our cake would look like. Quite yummy too! Franziska's chocolate cake is a highly recommended flavour!
Any additional questions or advice i needed from Franziska, she was ALWAYS happy to help.

The bauble cake is something new in the cake world. These baubles are sprayed in edible lustre colours which make the baubles sparkly. There are many different colours. Each sponge cake inside the bauble are 70mm in diameter, they can be cut into quaters and are still enough to have with your coffee. These baubles were chocolate sponge with a delicious swiss chocolate butter cream filling and coated with thin fondant icing.
